Please Review Some Special Conditions:
– Larger areas, like the legs, require longer and more treatments.
– Coarse hair, like some thick wire chin hairs will need more time.
– Red hair, due to the pheomelanin in the skin will need additional time.
– All White and Gray hairs require more treatments as well.

Per our policy, if you arrive late to your appointment, that time will be deducted from your scheduled treatment, and you will remain responsible for the full appointment time booked.

This policy ensures fairness to clients who arrive on time.

Most people report feeling a pinching feeling or a temporary heat sensation in the area where electrolysis is being treated. The current that you feel is going to depend on your pain tolerance. Everyone is different, so it is hard to say how it will feel for everyone.

Since this process involves treating and removing each hair “individually”, we encourage you to be patient with the process since we will indeed be going into each and every hair follicle to treat and then remove the hair.

Same-day cancellations are treated as no-shows. When an appointment is booked, that time is reserved exclusively for you—often well in advance—and cancellations on the same day rarely allow sufficient time to fill the opening.

Regardless of the reason, same-day cancellations and no-shows are subject to a fee equal to 100% of the scheduled service time.

Example:
If you schedule a one-hour appointment on January 1 for January 15 and cancel on January 15, that time has been held on our calendar for 15 days. As a result, you are responsible for the full one-hour appointment fee, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
