Our Cancellation / Reschedule / No Show Policies

We unfortunately had to implement a cancellation, reschedule, and no show policy for Scarlet Electrolysis.com Please note that following policies are in effect as of 6/29/2021.

Cancellations

No Shows

For Cancellations:

  • 24 hour notice required if appointment is an hour or less.
  • 48 hour notice required if appointment is more than an hour.

IF YOU CANCEL  AFTER THE ALLOTED TIME, THERE WILL BE
A 50% FEE OF THE SERVICE DUE BEFORE ANY FUTURE SERVICE CAN BE SCHEDULED.

For Reschedules:

  • 24 hour notice required if appointment is an hour or less.
  • 48 hour notice required if appointment is more than an hour.

For No Shows:

100% OF THE MISSED SERVICE AMOUNT IS DUE BEFORE ANY FUTURE SERVICE CAN BE SCHEDULED.
